Shipping Policy
Where we ship
Chewi currently ships to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
We do not ship outside these three countries. If you place an
order with a delivery address elsewhere, we will refund your
order in full.
Shipping rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination
country and shown before you pay.
Netherlands €4.95
Belgium €6.95
Germany €6.95
Free shipping on orders over €50, to any of the three countries.
Processing time
Orders are dispatched within one business day of the order being
placed. Orders placed on weekends or Dutch public holidays are
dispatched the next business day. All orders leave our warehouse
in the Netherlands.
Delivery times (from dispatch)
Netherlands 1 to 2 business days
Belgium 2 to 3 business days
Germany 2 to 4 business days
These are estimates provided by our carrier (PostNL and its
international partners). Actual delivery may be longer in periods
of high volume (November to December, promotional periods) or due
to circumstances outside our control (carrier delays, weather,
customs holds).
Carrier and tracking
Orders are shipped via PostNL from our fulfilment centre in the
Netherlands. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon
as your order is handed to the carrier.
Damaged or missing packages
If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery from
the courier where possible, and email us within 48 hours at
support@chewi.eu with a photo of the damage and your order
number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
If a tracking link shows "delivered" but the package has not
arrived, please check with your neighbours and local pick-up
points, then contact us at support@chewi.eu and we will open
an investigation with the carrier.
Returns
See our Refund Policy for return eligibility. Return shipping
is at your own expense for change-of-mind returns; Chewi covers
return shipping for damaged, defective, or wrong-item cases.
